Description:

Lifting Electromagnet is used for transporting iron scraps,ingots,steel chips,slabs,steel plates and steel sheets.The
electromagnet is suitable for installing on excavator,crane;and also can be submerged under water and used at 
high temperature and normal temperature in metallurgical plants,scrap yards and ship-building plants.

Features:
This series adopt a special design magnetic circuit which has large air space and magnetism density. The coil is
made of aluminum wire, and the coil protection plate is made of rolled high manganese steel plate with good
corrosion resistance and strong impact resistance.

The insulation structure is reasonable. The insulation treatment adopts vacuum drying and vacuum gluing, which
improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat resistance level of insulation materials can
reach special grade C.

Usually, constant voltage control method is used. If forced excitation control method is used instead, the lifting
capacity can be further improved.
