Description
Mw16, MW26, Mw36 and Mw6 series are electromagnets for hoisting steel strip coils, with movable magnetic poles, suitable for hoisting steel strip coils. There are three structural types.
1. Vertical lifting type. MW26 and MW36 electromagnet adsorb the end face of steel strip coil. When the end face of the steel strip coil (side B in the figure) is convex, concave, mountain, and its height difference is >25mm, if it is vertically hoisted, the electromagnet can contact with the end face of the steel strip coil well because the magnetic pole can expand and contract up and down freely, so as to develop the hoisting capacity.
2. Horizontal hoisting type. Mw16 series electromagnet absorbs the curved side of the steel coil.
3. Universal Type. MW96 series can be hoisted vertically or horizontally
Features:
1. Adopt totally sealing structure with good property of moisture-proofing
2. Majorized design by computer with reasonable structure, light dead-weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption
3. The energizing coils are processed by special technology to improve the electrical property and mechanical property. Heat-resistant grade of insulating material reaches grade C with long service life
4. Rated power-on sustaining rate of normal type electromagnet is increased from 50% to 60%, which improves the efficiency of the electromagnet
5. High temperature type electromagnet adopts unique method of heat protection, the temperature of the attached materials is increased from 600 ° C to 700 ° C, which expands application range of the electromagnet
